Cancellation Policy 

We strive to accommodate our clients' needs while respecting the time of our staff and other clients. Your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy is greatly appreciated. 

We kindly ask that you provide 24 hours advanced notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Adjustments made to your appointment less than 24 hrs in advance may be subject to fees or deposit forfeiture.

Late Policy | Running Late?? Send a text to 405-613-5501 and let us know your time of arrival. At 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled if you have not arrived, resulting in a same day cancellation fee of 50% of the services booked.

Same Day Cancellation Policy | An appointment cancelled on the same day of your scheduled service (including reschedules and late clients) will result in a same day cancellation fee of 50% of the services booked.

No Show Policy | No cancellation, No communication, No Show will be charged 100% fee of services booked. 

Deposit Policy | A deposit may be required for booking if you have a previous No Show appointment. 

Card on File Policy

In order to support our cancellation policy and ensure smooth operation of our services, we require ALL clients to keep a valid card on file. By providing your card information you are authorizing us to securely store it in our system. Rest assured your card will only be used in accordance with our cancellation policy, deposits, sales or purposes related to your appointments with WAX OKC. 

We value your trust and assure you that your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to us. If you have any questions or concerns about our card on file policy please do not hesitate contacting us. 

Other Policies

Kid Policy | Kids will not be permitted in the treatment room or left unsupervised. Please make arrangements. 

Pet Policy | Pets are prohibited in the treatment  room per the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering. If you require a service animal please contact us.
